By accessing or using the Novainconnect platform, provided by Novain Technologies Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Organizations are responsible for the management of their members and the accuracy of their administrative data. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Responsibilities

A. Organization Administrators

Admins are responsible for the legality of their internal rules, dues, and elections. They must ensure that all member approvals and deactivations follow their organization's bylaws.

B. Members

Members are responsible for the content they post in chatrooms and the accuracy of any documents or campaign photos they upload.

3. Payments & Fees

All subscription fees, module upgrades, and dues payments are handled via Stripe or Paystack. Subscriptions are billed annually. Refunds are subject to our refund policy or the discretion of Novain Technologies Limited. Organizations are responsible for ensuring their payment onboarding is complete and valid.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose. Unauthorized access to other tenant's data, reverse engineering the platform, or using the service to distribute spam or malicious content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

5. Limitation of Liability

Novain Technologies Limited provides the platform "as is." We are not liable for the outcome of organization elections, the failure of members to pay dues, or any data loss resulting from user error or third-party outages.
